Chur & Graubunden Holidays

G raubunden is Switzerland’s largest and most easterly canton (administrative area) and has borders with Italy, Austria and Liechtenstein. Chur, the canton’s striking capital, is reputed to be the oldest town in Switzerland with evidence of settlement going back to 3500 BC. From here, you can pick up either the world-famous Glacier Express across to Brig and Zermatt or the less famous but equally stunning Bernina Express down to Tirano, across the Italian border.
